( SMITH'S RANCH )

This ranches if one of the biggest ranches in Lincoln county, along with the Chisum Ranch and the US Army Ranch right next to them. This large ranch is located in O’Malley Valley, only ten miles from the Chisum Ranch and not far from the Apache Village. With over seven hundred acres and still growing, this ranch is made up of two main houses and five houses that the ranch hands stay in while they are working for Smith Family.

There are two barns on the ranch, one which houses the horses and the which houses the new born calves and foals, along with their mothers. There are three corrals on the ranch, one for training and the other two horse working on rodeo skills done by the son of Mr. Smith. The ranch has had much success, however, with the older Chisum Ranch and US Army Ranch, it been taking a rather large hit.
